Tricep extensions - 30x12, 12, 12
Curl - 30x15, 15, 15
Split Squats - 60x10, 10, 10
Calf raises - 100

CD:  Tapes n Tapes - Walk It Off
Owns, IMO.

Movie: Red
Action/Comedy. 7.5/10. Entertaining.  Bruce Willis is badass, of course.  So is the rest of the cast. What more do you need?  It's funny throughout, but I never actually loled.  Watch it.

This is what I had for dinner last night:
Meatball Sandwiches!

  5. RED was pretty damn good. Given the cast, it was one of the few movies I spent the money on to see in theater. I don't want to ruin it for anybody, but there's blood, death, explosions and gunplay.

    EPICNESS!!!!
