Back

Workout:  I'm gonna start Starting Strength one of these days, but I haven't looked into it yet.  So, I'm still doing my lame routine.

Ran 1.5 miles
Punching bag for 20 min
Dumbbell bench - 40x12, 12, 12  (that's 45lbs on each arm)
Tricep extensions - 30x15, 15, 15
Curl - 30x15, 15, 15
Split Squats - 60x10, 10, 10
Calf raises - 100

I picked up some new short bars at walmart for $5 apiece , so now I can actually have something heavier than the 30 pounders.  I already had the weights, just nothing to put them on.

Music:  Two Door Cinema Club - Tourist History
Like this a lot.  Pretty much like every song on the album.

TV/Movie:  I've been watching a lot of Weeds lately.  I'm almost done with season 3.  Not the best show, but it's entertaining.

I watched the documentary Jesus Camp.  All I gotta say is, shit's fucked up.  Although I did get some laughs out of it.  Relevant gif:

Anyway, I had steak and steamed veggies for dinner last night:

The dog wanted some, BUT HE GOT NOTHING AND LIKED IT!

Also, check out my sweet 80's quiksilver shirt.  BALLIN!

Best Battle Royale

That is all.

Tangents, Run-ons, Pessimism, Poor grammar, and 5 McChickens.

I have a crap ton of coins that I'm trying to put in sleeves so I can take to the bank and deposit so I'll have more money in my account and then I can spend it or pay bills but the problem is that coins are heavy, but I guess I don't have THAT many but it's still going to be a pain to transport and if i accidentally ( I just had the hardest time spelling this word because I didn't know if it was accidently or accidentally, so I think I've been spelling it wrong my whole life) drop them the sleeves might break and coins could go everywhere and then I'd be on my knees trying to pick up like 500 pennies and people would have step around me and they would glare at me and it would make me so uncomfortable but it would probably make them uncomfortable, too, so I guess I could just  forget them but that's 500 pennies and that's worth like five mcchickens so I don't want to be hungry one day knowing that I could have ate HELLA SANDWICHES but truth is I wouldn't get five mcchickens, I would get one cheeseburger, two mcchickens, a small fry, and a root beer and get fat because I always consume way more than I should but I try not to because at some point it's going to catch up to me and that scares me but frankly I don't know how I'm not fat.

Workout: I didn't.  I dreamt about hella sandwiches but had to settle for eight chimichangas with hot sauce.

CD: I didn't listen to one but here's a song that's good and relevant, Dinner Time!

Movie: Didn't watch one.  But one of favorites is Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

I. Am. Slacking.

Blog Entry #7632

It's only Wednesday.  That's a good thing.  I was thinking it was later in the week.  Now I have more time then I thought to get things done. Awesome.  There isn't a cloud in the sky.  The sun is shining.  It's about 25 degrees though.  Anyway...

Workout:
Ran 1 mile
Dumbbell bench - 30x15, 15, 15, 15
Tricep extensions - 30x15, 15, 15
Curl - 30x15, 15, 15
Split Squats - 60x10, 10, 10
Calf raises - 100

I picked up a 6lb pound bag of whey protein from Costco and started drinking that.  Now I just need to work out harder to get MAX RESULTZ.

CD: Souls of Mischief - No Man's Land
Pretty good. I liked the old school sound.  Some nice funky/jazzy beats.

Movie: Pi
Uh, I thought it was entertaining.  6.5/10.  I recommend it.  "A paranoid mathematician searches for a key number that will unlock the universal patterns found in nature."

I need to do more.  I've been slacking so hard recently.

I'm the dopeness

Workout:
Ran 1.5 miles
Dumbbell bench - 30x20, 20, 20, 20
Tricep extensions - 30x12, 12, 12
Curl - 30x15, 15, 15
Split Squats - 60x10, 10, 10
Calf raises - 100

CD:  Tapes n Tapes - Walk It Off
Owns, IMO.

Movie: Red
Action/Comedy. 7.5/10. Entertaining.  Bruce Willis is badass, of course.  So is the rest of the cast. What more do you need?  It's funny throughout, but I never actually loled.  Watch it.

This is what I had for dinner last night:
Meatball Sandwiches!

Recap

So, I've decided this blog is going to to be an all out, kitchen sink type of deal so I can keep track of what I do.  I've got some things I'm gonna try to do every day, like work out, learn piano, watch a movie, read at least a chapter, listen to a CD I haven't listened to yet, yada yada yada, then I'll post about it.

Todays workout:
Punching bag - 20 minutes
Dumbbell bench press  - 30x15, 15, 15 (this is way too easy but I currently only have 30lb dumbbells. I guess I could do more reps.)
Dumbbell tricep extensions - 30x12, 12, 12
Dumbbell Curl - 30x15, 15, 15 each arm
Dumbbell Squats - 30x12, 12, 12

CD: Civil Twilight - Civil Twilight.
They sound too much like U2 for my taste.  IMO, the best song on the album is Letters From The Sky

Movie: The Wackness
Drama. I'll give it a 6/10.  Nothing too spectacular about it.  It was somewhat entertaining but I don't recommend it.  The main reason I watched it was because Olivia Thirlby was in it.

I have an iPhone and...

It's not that great.  itunes goddamn blows.  For whatever reason I couldn't add music any more so I had update to the newest version.  It took like 45 minutes just to get five more songs onto my phone. No mames wey. Fuck apple.

I just ate a brick of spaghetti.

Oh it was so delicious. But I need to work out.

Don't worry, I got this

I got some
Tromp in my stomp
Pep in my step
Glide in my stride
Cut in my strut
Flint in my print
Flick in my kick
Pop in my hop
Soul in my stroll
Roll in my sole
Stun in my run
Spark in my mark
Prestige in my vestige
Flail in my trail
Bass in my trace
Shred in my tread
I got brand new socks on, bro.
